Our journey begins in the heart of Haryana—where dairy farming is not just an occupation, but a way of life. We prepare our desi cow ghee and buffalo ghee using the traditional Bilona method, a slow and natural process that starts with fresh milk, cultured into curd, hand-churned with a wooden bilona, and gently simmered to preserve its rich aroma, taste, and nutritional goodness.

FOUNDERS
Made in Haryana was born from friendship, memories, and a shared longing for purity.
Chirag and Sagar, childhood friends, grew up watching ghee being made the traditional way in their homes — slow, honest, and full of care. As they grew older, they noticed that this purity was missing from what was available in the market. What was once nourishing and sacred had turned commercial and diluted.
Unable to accept this loss of authenticity, they decided to bring back what they grew up with. With deep respect for Haryana’s traditions, they founded Made in Haryana to craft ghee the way it was always meant to be made — pure, unhurried, and full of warmth. Every jar carries their promise of honesty, friendship, and the true taste of home.
