SHIPPING POLICY

At Desi Ghee by Made in Haryana, we focus on quality and freshness over speed. Our products are prepared, packed, and shipped with care to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and logistical factors

  • Since many of our products are prepared in small batches, delivery may take slightly longer to maintain freshness and quality

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India

  • Delivery availability may vary for certain pin codes

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional periods

Packaging & Freshness

  • All products are packed using secure, food-grade packaging to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit

Delivery Issues

In case of:

  • Damaged or leaked products

  • Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos for prompt support.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Desi Ghee by Made in Haryana (a brand of Focus Health Foods LLP), we prioritize food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. As per FSSAI guidelines and Indian e-commerce regulations, food products are non-returnable once delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.

Returns & Exchanges

​

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

Conditions for Eligibility

​

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging must be shared for verification

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible, in line with food safety regulations.

Exchange Policy

​

  • Upon successful verification, we will provide a replacement of the same product

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • No additional shipping charges will be applied for approved exchanges

​

Refund Policy

​

  • If an exchange is not feasible, a refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

​

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

​

As per FSSAI food safety norms, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or consumed food items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, as per e-commerce food handling rules
